1. Crush Apple Crumble Granola until crumbly.
2. Lightly heat up honey, coconut oil and nut butter in a saucepan until melted and incorporated.
3. Add heated honey, coconut oil and nut butter to crushed granola.
4. Place onto tart mould to shape. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
5. Bake tarts in the oven at 150°C for 5 minutes. Allow cooling.
6. Top granola shells with greek yoghurt and fruits. Serve chilled.
