A healthy and delicious snack that’s perfect for anytime of the day, this gift is both drool-worthy and ready for the ‘Gram!

All you need to put this together is:

4 cups Greek Yogurt, plain or vanilla
1 cup Fruit (use any type; cut or sliced into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup of any Amazin’ Graze Granola

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour yogurt out onto a baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer of 1/4-inch thick. (There's no need to measure it or be super precise, but you want the bark to be quite thin so that it easily shatters when you bite into it while frozen.) Top evenly with fruit and granola. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt. Cover the sheet pan with foil and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Remove bark from the freezer and transfer to a cutting board. Slice into squares (note: if difficult to slice right away, let defrost slightly first).

Tadaa! A delicious, homemade gift that’s perfect for everyone!

I’m sure you’ve never thought of granola in bread, but it exists and it's super yummy! A tea time gift that can be sliced and spread with some nut butter or jam!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

For the base layer –

1 cup oat flour
1 cup ground almonds or almond flour
1 cup coconut or date sugar
4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
3 tablespoons flaxseed/linseed mix
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup milk of choice

For the middle chocolate layer –

1 cup dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
1 large sweet potato, peeled, chopped and cooked
2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Amazin' Graze Honestly Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt

For the topping –

Amazin’ Graze Banana Bread Granola
Handful dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 360ºF and grease and line a loaf tin. Proceed with making the bottom layer first. Mix together the flour, almonds, cacao or cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the flaxseed and water together in a small bowl or cup and leave for 5 minutes to thicken then mix in the maple syrup and milk. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix together to form a batter. Spread over into the loaf tin evenly then set aside. Next add the soaked dates to a blender or food processor with the sweet potato, cacao/cocoa powder, Amazin’ Graze Almond Nut Butter, maple syrup, and salt and whizz up until quite thick and smooth. Spread this over the base then sprinkle the Amazin' Graze Banana Bread Granola and chocolate chips in an even layer to cover. Bake for 40 minutes (cover with tin foil halfway) until firm. Leave to cool completely in the tin then remove and slice up.

You’ve got yourself an indulgent and healthy snack gift that everyone will love... Enjoy!
